Ratings and reviews

It's disappointing that manually uploaded books can't be synched between devices. if you want something that works with a small number of library systems or digital book sellers, this might be enough for you. For me it needs better device-to-device syncing for my personal library before it gets rated higher

I originally installed aldiko, and it did what I needed for some time. however, after it changed to cantook it is not great. when I went to attempt to move my files to a better app, I can suddenly no longer find them! they are nowhere to be found in my local files. these are files that I purchased, not from cantook but they are no longer in my local storage and I cannot export from within the app either. Tell me where you hid my books!

It's clear the developer forgot why people downloaded Aldiko in the past. It's so bad now, used to be simple: open app, see files that were imported, could open one and scrub through it... Finding what I want to read should not be an experience, you're doing a good job when people don't know you're there. Time to find a different reader. Coolreader still works!
