Ratings and reviews

Not a good experience still. Fonts are smaller, not user friendly like it was. Too many steps and now I have helped a few elderly people with the app and when they choose no highway, the app still keeps trying to send them down the highway. This needs to be fixed. There is no sense in having the option if the app is going to make the choice for you. There is so much road rage and dangerous speeds so some elderly people have decided to not drive on a highway so stop sending them down a highway.

It's okay. I don't mind spending money but I hate subscriptions...let me pay $50 for a good navigation app and I'll forever be your customer. Hence, I'm stuck with ads. I don't mind ads either but make them relevant, make them useful, not ones that look like error messages. They're very irritating.

I wanted to really love this, hoping I had just missed that they had joined the modern era by upgrading to an app. the directions are nice enough, but the voice, even turned up, was super quiet. the number of ads was extremely disappointing, and the fact they're the same type of unvetted, malware carrying, intrusive, type was severely irritating. the routing it used was questionable, and the UI is not user friendly - backing out to try to see what routes were available erased my destination.
