If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I've downloaded the app to track an item I'm getting from Malaysia, however when I try to open the app, it is stuck on the loading screen. I thought maybe it needed a little longer to load but after 30 minutes, it was STILL on the loading screen. What is the point of having an app that doesn't work. You are better off just using the website. Extremely disappointed.

Mastercard payment doesn't work. app claimed to support Mastercard but on entering Mastercard details, it prompts for a valid visa card number instead. this is for paying gst on overseas delivery. UI needs a lot of work...

trying to pay on app, it keeps insisting on a VISA number when I key in my Mastercard even though the logo shows both visa and mc acceptance. not sure how to pay with Mastercard, maybe they stopped support or app is bugged
