I don't use Facebook or X, which is , apparently, the only means of communicating with this app! It is supposed to record 100 programs, but, only records 50! And spectrum arbitrarily decides to delete all your recorded programs from their end without notifying the customer! They've done it to me twice and they have no way to reverse their mistake! And you're no longer able to manage your DVRs from the app, so if you want to manage your DVR away from home, not possible! I'm done with spectrum!!

2 Obvious/unnecessary problems? The ♥️ channel option is lame if I'm being forced to have both CBS 2 & CBS 1209 in my favorite channels list, I thought the point of FILTERING the guide was to reduce the # of "useless" channels. Another inconvenience is closing the app on cbs 2, but opening the app on cbs 1209(hd), especially since it doesn't do that on the actual tv app, but only on phones/tablets, which don't have hd.

Constant issues on all my devices. Always freezing or completely crashing, audio will become delayed (especially when watching On Demand) , takes forever to load after changing channels, and constantly get the "can not connect to network" error message (internet is fine). The only way to get past these issues is to repeatedly restart the app.
