Ratings and reviews

This app takes sooooo long to load! Like, obscenely long! I often just give up! It also FORCES updates and denies access to your account without them, which I hate. When the app isn't updated, I'm locked out until I install the update. But when the entire reason you're needing the app is because of issues with WiFi connectivity, there's no WiFi to facilitate the update! The entire app is just more trouble than it's worth!

For the Samsung and Roku experience using the spectrum TV app. I hate using using the Samsung remote for the spectrum TV and they don't make it universal remote friendly because the use of the back button. Wish they were on Google TV TVs and LG TVs because they have better remotes than Samsung. Roku is fine but still wish the app could be use without needing the back button to work like Netflix and HBO Max. Also, the app don't highlight what shows are new. I have to Google them.

I wish I could fix my router settings the old way by typing my IP address in the web bar. I am forced to use this app which doesn't even work. I just updated it and I cannot scroll within the app at all. I restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled, cleared data and cache but no. Your app is broken and laggy and I still can't change my router settings to how I like. Not everything needs an APP!!!
