I cannot describe how bad these services actually are i spend more than 100$ a month on spectrum just for it to not work at all. Multiple times a week I'll have the connection drop. I've only recently have had to call multiple times just to reboot my systems here they call a technician out yo look at it personally and still can't seem to fix the problem. I dont know whats so hard on just making sure this works

I already don't like the idea of using an app to ping someone elses server to change settings on my router to start with when i used to be able to navigate to it's page locally. Now i have to update, the app says "android 10 required or above", which i have. But surprise! still not compatible. There's no reason this app needs anything newer than android 4, or it could at least be a web app. What are we even doing, i need to save up for a new phone to change my router settings?? This sucks.

This app is barely useable and all I want to do is pay my bill. Tried it today and it couldn't complete the transaction. "Try again later" it said. On top of that it won't store my payment method even though I check the box. It's annoying and foolish to have to enter all the info every time. It also won't remember my user ID even though I check that box. Spectrum, you have to do better.
