The app tutorial mentioned that you can setup push notifications to remind you of bill due dates, etc. But there doesn't seem to be any options in the app to check the push notifications. App Dev Team - let me know how I can turn it on!
All in All Everything Works Great I do wish that the Digital Boxes were more consistent as sometimes you can get programs to replay and sometimes they will not replay at all other than that I have Less trouble with cable than any Network I have ever had Love Cable over anything Else
I like the app because I can just pay my bill anytime and go on with my day. Its quick and easy. Just the way I like things
App is whatever really, not as advanced as other carrier account info apps...spectrum service is absolutely pure hot garbage though
I would love if there was the ability to download a PDF document of my billing statement. Otherwise, great application and allows me to pay my bill swiftly.
Slow to load, insecure as it does not allow special characters in passwords, rated it down because of that. Otherwise just does what is expected
