I can see why thousands of people are leaving cable TV. Way overpriced with hundreds of channels of which 95% of people will not use 95% of them. People are going to continue leaving in droves. The success of Netflix, Hulu, Chrome cast and many many other growing choices is proof
Great app. Not sure if I like the new updates. I have to put a code in before viewing my bill whick is hard to find with paperless billing. And there is no option to verify your account any other way. Very inconvenient
Now that there is a new company name, the app keeps misbehaving. I know my username and password. The app keeps insisting its wrong. I use all upper case for the username and varying combination for the password. The website keeps showing all lower case for my username, this may be causing a conflict and why it can't seem to understand my password. Resetting it is far too much of hassle on the website.
The app works fine, wish I could say the same about the quality of the product and price...I'm being over charged for iffy cable and internet, a box and a phone line that I don't use.... But the app is good!
Great features, however I no longer get bill due notification, no settings to set that up either. Very frustrating
So far the app is doing everything it should be doing. No problems with it. I'm hoping it continues to run smoothly. But if it does not run smoothly I will definitely be back to write a new review and give them less than five stars.
