Upgrades to the have been exceptional. Are utilized the live chat the other day and it was great. Overall experience has been great, that being said, the live chat scroll bar on my Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge is miniscule. The scroll bar is maybe a quarter of an inch long and the bar itself when trying to scroll is maybe a millimeter in thickness. It makes it hard for someone with large fingers to navigate. Please address this issue.

The app is wonderful. It saves me so much time and, from worrisome insecurity. The staff at the branches are wonderful too. I've only been a customer for four decades, so I could be wrong. 😁

It used to have an option to turn off your card or report stolen, a lot of times the app doesn't open. Hasn't always been this way but overall it's been solid and I love ECU
