More responsive, has fingerprint login now, but still buggy. Gave me a scare by telling amount is overdue, even though I had paid. Requesting for service is buggy as well, can't send without attaching a screenshot and doesn't have all categories. Statement information on click doesn't open up anything. Details of how points are earned still missing, I thought they'd fix it in this upgrade.

My 50 dirhams refund from Amazon showed up in the app but it did not get credited to my balance. I called their customer services but they failed to resolved. I also tried converting my rewards to balance. It gave confirmation that the conversion was successful but it did not actually get credited to my balance. Again I informed their customer service and I was told that it will be resolved on Monday but now it's Friday and it's still not in my balance. Plus other problems.

It's not at all user friendly, I am not sure how to add SEWA or any other merchandise to this mobile app. And no where I can find this info. I want to pay my bills but could not find options to add them and pay. Very bad and don't have option to give ZERO rating also.
