Imagine being completely locked out of your bank while you're abroad. Amazing experience. I can't repay my credit card, change my investments, approve transactions, or do anything at all. All because they decided to stop supporting my device. I highly discourage anyone from having their salary paid into this app or even using it in the first place, if you want to avoid ending up in the same situation. Now I have to buy a new device just to close my account and move everything elsewhere.

I kept my money in a fixed savings account with Wio Bank for two months but received interest for only one month. When I raised a complaint, customer support kept making excuses, including technical settings that were supposedly not selected, and eventually closed the case without a fair resolution. This is worst platform for Investments you cannot sell your holdings on time, order gets rejected with a message try again later and customer support is worst. they will raise a ticket and resolution takes days. that's not how you trade, orders should get executed instantly. Charges (Brokerage) are too high
