Previously I would have given 5 stars, but I am extremely disappointed by the unprofessionalism. I applied for a personal loan and transferred my salary as requested. After that, they demanded an additional transfer letter and refused to give pre-approval or clear terms upfront. In the end, they approved only a very small amount at 11% interest and said the application must now be manually canceled, which may take time. This is unacceptable. I am definitely not a loyal customer anymore.

It was a great application , but too many unwanted features and updates have made the application very slow recently . Also login to application sometimes doesn't work and we have to wait and try which is not accepted during emergency. I wish they work and fix these login issues and slowness , already these have been shared with customer care.

One stop complete solution for Savings, Stocks, Crypto investments, credit card payments etc. So everything under 1 nutshell is real Pros but the cons are like there is no sort or search or list only UAE related stocks, US stocks and Crypto (atleast crypto comes under separate list) seriously they need to find a way to list only UAE stocks or US stocks at the earliest because its so annoying to see huge list of US Stocks which am not going to do anything during UAE stock exchange open timings.
