Imagine being completely locked out of your bank while you're abroad. Amazing experience. I can't repay my credit card, change my investments, approve transactions, or do anything at all. All because they decided to stop supporting my device. I highly discourage anyone from having their salary paid into this app or even using it in the first place, if you want to avoid ending up in the same situation. Now I have to buy a new device just to close my account and move everything elsewhere.

Overall great service! 4 stars out of 5 only because it is not possible to confirm transactions with Email OTP but just with SMS. Edit: it used to be my favorite bank, now they blocked me from using it on my main phone with Graphene OS even though it is more secure then vanilla android. UPDATE They have fixed OTP and now use push notifications. They also support again Graphene OS, it is refreshing to see how this business is evolving fast and addressing issues.

Won't let me use the app today as it says my device is running a custom operating system - it's using standard Google issued Android 17 with no modifications or rooting. It has worked for 2 years without issue before today. I've tried rebooting. Please advise how I DM you - I cannot open the app, and the support email address listed isn't valid.
