I can't connect to my air fryer after the new app update. The new setup requires the phone to connect to the "Philips Airfryer Wi-Fi." I followed the step-by-step instructions in the app, but I received an error message. Post 14/05/24 Hi Versuni, I forwarded a screen recording of the pairing process to the provided email, as you suggested. Please help me identify the issue and let me know what I need to do to pair my air fryer. Thanks

UPDATE As always, a simple problem... Once you know that this app will not work if you use a VPN. I am leaving the one star review though, as I am still very cross and nobody has mentioned that VPN must be disabled. Absolute rage inducing piece of **** Log on, you MUST register & create an account, once that's done the software connects, then crashes. From that point on it won't even connect again until a full restart of the PHONE, not just the app. Hard to think of how it could be worse.

Impossible to connect 5000 XXL airfyer. You have to stay connected to PHILIPS Setup Wifi and at the same time be connected to your home WIFI 2.4Ghz with your phone and the device. How is this ever going to work? When you can't get the device to connect in the first place? Factory Reset, Phone restart, WIFI restart, Android12, App update, nothing works. Paid a lot of money more, for a Wifi enabled device which is now no longer wifi enabled. Infuriating!
