Downloaded app last year from Google Play Store no issues until recently, cannot access/open the app,..'web page not available ?contacted Leroy Merlin advised to change my 'region loction'..why as I am in the same location' Google says it could be an 'external' issue with the app 'Developer' All other apps and connections on my phone working perfectly. Anybody have the same problem?

The app is extremely confusing and difficult to use. The chat feature needs serious improvement. Sending images requires constantly leaving and re-entering the chat, and sometimes it doesn’t even work. There is also very little support with disputes. Stores take advantage of the middleman system, and it’s never clear who is actually responsible for solving the problem. Shipping and in-store communication are awful too.

Basic info should be stored locally so when there is no internet / data coverage the info remains available within the app. Unfortunately in many LM there is hardly and data coverage, only solution is connecting to the local LM wifi, due to security reasons I am not willing to do that. So please make sure that basic loyalty info is available off line.
