I concur with other users who have experienced difficulties connecting their appliance to the app. I've not been able to connect using Android but have managed without any problems with iOS. And if the Customer Services team think that I will call an international phone number to resolve this issue, they must be living in cuckoo land. I'd rather jack this app. That's an unfortunate half hour of my life I won't get back. A bit like watching England play footie of late!
After the update it become impossible to connect my washing machine to WiFi. The app rejects user name and password as incorrect even though it is correct. I had to dig out old router with WPS to connect.
The app does not connect to the devices. While the iPhone app did it without problems. And the worst part: I had to admit that iPhone is better.
Has worked perfectly for 2 months now. UI isn't as clear as it could be but still really usable.
This app is a nightmare...technically speaking. Connecting dishwasher and dryer took me ages. No problem with a iPhone though. Many times I get an error that the server is not available or that there is another error. The only thing that helps is logging out and logging in again.
Not the best of starts. Emailed the feedback address on this page info.uk@ and it bounced with a mailbox not found error. Not really ideal start when considering a £700 purchase!
