Ratings and reviews

This used to be a very useful app, but recently it was "upgraded" and demanded that I accept new T&C's but then wouldn't let me sign in. Reviews here showed that this was a widespread issue. After a series of emails with the company, eventually they published a new version which overcame the issue. The app itself works well, but it needs to be reliable, with better support, in order to get 5*. Hopefully, Bosch will have learned that they need to test "upgrades" thoroughly before releasing them!

Excellent app. Stable and functional, with clear and intuitive presentation and layout. Update: Worked fine since I installed the app, that is, until now. Out of the blue it's forgotten my appliance, asking me to sign in. If I try using my phone number, it'll ask for my email. When I use my email, it says an account already exists. But when I try to reset my password for the email, nothing is sent to my inbox. Great stuff.

Flakey App with inadequate testing before upgrades are released! Today for no obvious reason it asked me to go through the full login process. it forgot my password (obviously) and once I'd convinced it I had a singlekey ID forgot all my appliances. Next it refused to find any appliances on a scan (even though they were logged on to the home network). But no surprise turning it off and on again and suddenly it's all fine. Unfortunately this sort of annoyance is all too common with this App.
