Ratings and reviews

This used to be a very useful app, but recently it was "upgraded" and demanded that I accept new T&C's but then wouldn't let me sign in. Reviews here showed that this was a widespread issue. After a series of emails with the company, eventually they published a new version which overcame the issue. The app itself works well, but it needs to be reliable, with better support, in order to get 5*. Hopefully, Bosch will have learned that they need to test "upgrades" thoroughly before releasing them!

Works ok once set up but, every time there's a software update the connection between my hob and hood is lost and is very difficult to restore. I end up having to factory reset everything which means I have to search out the paperwork to find information to set them up again. Even then, it doesn't always work on the first few attempts to connect them together.

often programs don't load. No program favourites, which seems like an obvious feature to have. additionally, why can't you set the app control from the laundry machine with the door open? obviously you won't allow it to start remotely, but why can't I press the button any time I want to at least say I'm ready to app control it once I've loaded it up? I'm pretty sure y'all could do a much better job with this app and your devices.
