EDIT: I have contacted customer care multiple times and they even promised me that they will call me so I wont have to but a tip for anyone who has a similar issue with this company, reach out to your bank ASAP as they will help much quicker on getting your money delivered or back. I get that sometimes takes longer but why dont you tell that to the customer rather than lying to them that theres a problem at the receivers end side when it was not?! NEVER AGAIN WU! EVER!

I was forced to use this app when another app I was using was no longer sending money to my chosen destination. Started using this app, no problems. Easy to use and navigate and receiver collected same day the only issue I would point out is that it was only able to convert to USD instead of their home currency so they had to convert additionally if they needed. *Update* I give 5* now as my receiver now receives in their local currency. Quick & easy to use!

Used this app 9 times , It was great until it decided it didn't like my transactions/ my receivers/ my money? And decided I was doing fraud, and iv rang them up plenty of times, for then to say give it times, it just doesn't like your transactions and will sort it's self out soon. In the mean time, I loved one is going hungry, has no where to stay & can't travel dye to the fact he has no money, because i haven't been able to send him any, and with no explanation what so ever or no resolution !!
