After the latest update, when login with the fingerprint, the app is telling me that it's too short (referring to the password, I hope, otherwise it's way to embarrassing😜). I am so sorry that my fingers are short, what can I do, please help me out here! 😉 Also the App it is way more sluggish, the help menu does not work, contact us page showing nothing, you took a perfectly working app and destroy it. I think you are understanding the word Update the wrong way!

I've been using moneygram app since 2022 and before that without the app. Sending from germany. Since they changed the partner to trustly group, you can forget it about sending money immediately! Every third or fourth transaction gets stuck for 3 to 4 days for no reason. That's not the concept I used moneygram for. The exchange price has shamlessly been raised compared to the actual exchange price in the bank.

Used this App 4 years. But now the fees have drastically increased & the service is lacking! I truly doubt the data security on this app due to my data that was saved with Moneygram, being lost on numerous occasions. Also, now when doing payments, the Trustly partner requests personal information 4 verification (which was ALREADY done upon opening the account) and it returns the request with a decline. I am not me. So, the SECURITY is QUESTIONABLE if it can't verify my official data! NIGHTMARE!
