Ratings and reviews

The Android experience is really poor. Notifications of offers and messages frequently lead to nothing, leaving you to guess what communication you might have received. Chats just disappear. Scrolling through offers the app will often just hang. Lately I can't edit any of my items without the app demanding I "select a size", without actually providing any size option to select. Almost totally useless, honestly.

Good shopping platform with one major flaw - images have to be square. I have to specifically edit my photos ONLY for depop by adding black filler. I love how I don't have to set one million of categories whenever i list something though, it also supports PayPal and debit/credit cards. But they try to make sure (and often failed to) listings don't use official retailer images at all, kind of silly since as long as you provide the real item's picture, the extra images actually help buyer.

Really bad. I've requested to delete my account (which I think I should be able to just do without asking permission but anyway). Sick of sellers not sending items whilst having to go through frustrating long processes to get refunded. As a seller I never was able to sell anything on depop during the 3 years I've had the app. Loads of scammers constantly messaging. Depop is a waste of time and I will never use it again.
