Cannot believe that in 18 months of using this app, I'm having the exact same issues with it. It never remembers my flybuys number, ever. And it always keeps an old, outdated card on file and absolutely never remembers the details of the new cards I've plugged in over 100 times. Poor form and frustrating as. Cannot believe it's still like this to this day.

The app closes by itself, its very very slow to load and navigate, it removes items from the basket by itself. Many items can be in stock when adding to the basket, but then out of stock at check out. There have been issues with tracking as well, click on the order number and the page returns to the main recent orders page. Same issues even if you uninstall then reinstall or update the app. Less issues using the website.

Everything about shopping online with kmart is infuriating. You can't tell what you can buy without going 3 clicks in and when you back out, you're shown a whole new range as it rearranges the items so you can never be sure you've seen everything. Only made worse by the fact that the stores are full of the things no one wants to buy. Quickly going the way of Target Australia.
