Ratings and reviews

The most unreliable app I have ever used, EVER, without a doubt! Only works 5% of the time, if you're lucky! And it always decides, FOR ME, that I'm actually not at the location I've chosen and changes mid transaction. For a worldwide company worth billions this is disgraceful. order and pay, go to store and they say i haven't paid so I have to pay them, check my account and i HAD paid thru the app!

Stopped going to McDonald's as I often will order the Smart meal and every store has it unavailable. Not sure what is going on as each item is available. Also needs an option to click or refresh that the order has been collected. Will be rated higher if these issues are fixed. Update: Still cannot order a meal through the app because something unavailable. However, if I order everything individually, it is all there but triple the cost. I no longer bother with McDonald's now.

I love the experience of using the app but have always found it buggy/glitchy. I had hoped that updating my phone may have solved this but it has gotten worse! I know have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to open most times. Which means, verifying my email each time I want to use it. You would think that a multi-billion dollar company could hire people to develop a working app.
