I am a business owner from Australia. It used to be really easy to unsubscribe from application. But now, when I am in browser settings or app settings, there is no option for to cancel subscription. Only directs me to upgrade subscription. It is frustrating. There is ai chat support from the invoice to go. I have followed the promt from the ai chat to cancel my subscription. But it is useless. I deleted the whole account from the application settings. But I'm still being charged for it.

I've been using this app pretty much since it's inception and loved it. Then the new version was released and, I have to admit, I hate it. The old version was bold, easy to use and read. The new version is complicated and not nearly as clear to use. What's more is that landscape mode has gone making it harder to view invoice previews. All else forgiven, the EXORBITANT price hikes are just a disgusting MONEY GRAB! All of my invoices are on this app and I feel like a victim of extortion. NOT HAPPY

Cannot log in at all, can't contact support directly. I need to get into the app to check an invoice and send a new one. One device I have been logged out of and password won't work. The other device it just "thinks" and looks like it is logging in, but left for a while will not log in. Both apps are up to date. No way to contact support directly, I just get sent to a "FQA" type page, and that suggested problem solves (check password/ make sure app is up date) are not helpful.
