I bought a token which clearly shown that it have gone through and I have the token, but when I swapped it back to usdt, the previous trade got canceled on its own as if the transaction was never happened and the fund was unchange like before I made the trade

I am so disappointed, it's been weeks, I am unable to do transactions in Latoken, always it's says internal server error, and I have contacted, support for so many times, but my problem is not sorted, I really don't know what to do now. When you deposit money there are no problems, when you do other things there come problems 😭😭😭😭😭
