Ratings and reviews

Apparently this (Keno) app was updated, less than a month ago. I tried to check results of some games played less than an hour ago. The app wouldn't open. I spent 20mins (and a few seconds) on the phone, trying to find out why.? No satisfaction there.! Finding out how your tickets fared, is part and parcel of playing. When I finally got through, still no joy. I thought that I would have been able to convince, a real live person, to kick a robot in the goolies.! NO JOY. it wouldn't accept 1 star.

Dismal experience. Forever having to log out then back in again to see my balance. Play is laggy. Wouldn't let me verify without issues. Had to call and get them to verify for me. Once in, there was no issue with them taking my deposit, but I couldn't see my balance update without logging out then in again. Sane after I had a win. This really needs to have someone look at these things. Otherwise, colours, info and game all look great 👍

You guys need to fix the lagging issue. When I started playing the 'live draw' would start 4 numbers in. Over time it's roughly progressed by one number a day. Now when I play I can't even watch the game at all. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, it didn't change. Half the fun of playing is being able to watch the numbers come up and feeling the excitement of getting matches. If this continues I'll be deleting the app
