Terrible UX, Type in suburb and doesn't even show all the GPs. type in the exact name and then it shows. kind of of a shadow filter. Medicare filter is useless as it doesn't seperate conditional bulk billing with full, as basically every GP is at least conditional bulk billing, but only a small number have full bulk billing. also can only favourite one GP. I have a couple i go to as sometimes you can't get an appointment for a week so you need to have more than one GP.

Every time I try to make an appointment online, it comes up with the inability to book. it is impossible to make an appointment. It used to work quite well, but now it doesn't work. A totallly useless app. i have tried 473 times to try to make an appointment over a two week period to no avail.

I normally used this apps when making a booking, before,it was alright, but the past 2 booking, they sent email of confirmation, that I am booked, and the day before the booking, they normally send SMS to confirm by saying yes or no, i didnt get any sms. I went to the GP, I was not book, so frustrating. so,I'll call my GP from now on.
