Was 5 stars but dropped to 1 when it started to automatically take over my e scripts. due to poor pop up formatting I was unable to access my script. None of the suggested work arounds resolved the issue. I could not reduce the pop up widow to even read it all. Not even a forced stop. I had to uninstall the app to access my e-script.

Finding an available GP at short notice is becoming increasingly difficult, especially when you're unwell and don't have the energy to search multiple clinics. Healthengine makes the process so much easier by showing available appointments at nearby GP practices in one place. It's quick, convenient, and has saved me a lot of time when I needed to see a doctor urgently.

this app had been working fine then today I was sent an escript from my usual GP and my chemist was unable to open it. It took considerable time because somehow the script opened in health Engine instead of directly on my phone. my husband had to come home and find out my password then the chemist still had difficulty accessing it. there doesn't appear to be any way to stop this happening. if it happens again I'll delete the app.
