l find the health app, l use for doctor appointments great, never had any appointment changed on me, due to any errors made by Medical Clinic themselves. A reliable app l have had no issues with, no crashing of the app, just personal info l had issues updating email address, easily the best app in Australia, for booking appointments for GP, l have used others that have not been good, where l have concern. l definitely give a 5 star on this. They could update amount of clinics in regional towns.

solid app most of the time. sometimes when I am waiting for an appointment (GP wait times can get quite long), I want to find out how many people there are ahead of me. i check my place in the queue, and the appointment suddenly shows up on the app as a "previous appointment" and I can't see my place anymore.

This app booking is unreliable. Booking times don't match what is actually available and seems to just display all possible appointment time. Then it get us to rebook another time on the phone which ruins the purpose of the app in the first place. After phone booking, they still send reminders of the initial booking time which isn't correct.
