I got logged out for no reason now I can not login at all every time I put in my email or phone number it says can't find it. My account couldn't have just fashioned. I sure as heck would know if I cancel my account. And going to the help desk dose nothing. It's the same reoccurring thing. i have been sign up with wish for many yrs never had any problems with login or help desk. Just in the past week.

The app is good. But shopping is a nightmare. Whenever I purchase something. It gets refunded because they always change the price before confirmation. Really really angry about that. I have attempted to contact support but they come up with no answers. I also don't like how some of the things you buy are scams. I was trying to buy a pair of shoes. And I bought then the transactions went through then suddenly "Refund this item". All because they uped the price by 2 bucks, 2 BLOODY BUCKS😡

Better lately. Speed of processing, dispatch and delivery has improved remarkably lately. I'd say Wish has crept ahead of AliExpress in that regard, which is a good thing for competition. There's still the question of misleading advertising, both in terms of pictures/price and also - as per eBay - making a product cheap by inflating postage and packing costs. Improvement needed on those issues. But it's pleasing that speed of delivery has noticeably improved.
