Can't access my app log in with phone number and it brings up verification page with someone else name can't even amend it. Email support but they get back touch. Tried and cleared cache and unistalled the app but still the same problem. Support all they say is they have passed on my concerns to IT department but they never bother getting back in touch. Please get in touch asap

Completely Broken - I can't do anything on the App. Whatever I do. Try to log in, try to reset password it just keeps saying "there was a security issue with the form submission" I've rest my phone, I've empies Cookies and other data. Absolutely nothing works. I can't log in at all. So now the app is Unusable 😬 Well done on breaking a working app 😬😀

Useless app and poor customer support means I'm unable to access my account on my phone or computer. I haven't got access to the phone number it has on record for me and upon asking to change this they requested a screenshot only to ignore me for almost a month now. Still unable to view any transactions coming out from my account + more importantly can't see what's outstanding on the card so no idea what I owe. Was working perfectly until an update - please just leave it alone!
