Had the app for a while but have only just started to regularly use it. Easy to use and offers okay e.g food and occasional fuel. Only negativity is that despite me closing the app down and turning off notifications etc it keeps autostarting and asking me to play the Costa coffee game on my main screen each time I go to look at my phone. I guess it wants to take centre stage but it needs to work in the background. Not sure wether to delete or disable until I need to use the app.

I couldn't use the app to charge my electric car because after installation, the first thing the app asks is the country in which it will be used. I was in Germany and selected that country, after what the app switched to German language, and was completely impossible to switch the language to another one. This is a very strange decision. It makes it impossible for tourists to use the app.

stopped working as it won't open anymore. Just stuck on opening screen/ Shell symbol. Looking at other reviews its not just me. Now cant scan my card when refueling. Reply Why should I get hold of support as its clealry an app issue. It takes over 40secs to load. I would imagine you can forward these complaints to the relevant department.
