Ratings and reviews

Had the app for a while but have only just started to regularly use it. Easy to use and offers okay e.g food and occasional fuel. Only negativity is that despite me closing the app down and turning off notifications etc it keeps autostarting and asking me to play the Costa coffee game on my main screen each time I go to look at my phone. I guess it wants to take centre stage but it needs to work in the background. Not sure wether to delete or disable until I need to use the app.

I believe shell fuel is better than any other and I have experienced it. However when it comes to software ,like the app and it's features they are unreliable. I changed my phone so I had to redownload the app again in a new phone but the app just wouldn't let me log in ..even if I put the right email and password in.. saying "something went wrong". the points I have accumulated are worthless now .

I actively use this app and was happy with its performance etc and of course the points bonus system. However I have filled up 2 full tanks on V Power in the past few weeks and I have been told by Shell vendors that it's impossible to use the points system due to system errors. This needs sorting Shell, as thats a lot wasted points, money and time.
