Had the app for a while but have only just started to regularly use it. Easy to use and offers okay e.g food and occasional fuel. Only negativity is that despite me closing the app down and turning off notifications etc it keeps autostarting and asking me to play the Costa coffee game on my main screen each time I go to look at my phone. I guess it wants to take centre stage but it needs to work in the background. Not sure wether to delete or disable until I need to use the app.

I couldn't use the app to charge my electric car because after installation, the first thing the app asks is the country in which it will be used. I was in Germany and selected that country, after what the app switched to German language, and was completely impossible to switch the language to another one. This is a very strange decision. It makes it impossible for tourists to use the app.

Tried to use the App for EV charging. Instructions say to plug in, then use the App to pay. But how? Nothing pops up to say what to do. After 10 minutes eventually worked out I had to go on to the map and select the charging station and then the charger. Tried to pay but just got a spinning wheel of death (even though I'd already set up Google Pay as payment method). Gave up and had to pay contact. And Shell take £55 out of your account ("temporarily") for the privilege of ensuring this nonsense
