it is an ok app, but when my colleagues from corporate HQ book a flight for me I have all kinds of weird screens with market change, language change, etc. Because I reside in another EU country. Also the use of collected miles is not transparent, I tried to book the lounge in WAW and it was getting me out of the app. Not an easy case. I was not able to do it. For example Finnair is a very easy, straight-forward app compared to LOT.

Buggy. It says "No seat has been selected", despite having one selected. This is still better than what is happening with my other flight, where I cannot get a seat assigned nor select one despite having checked in successfully. I have a screen recording, in case it helps debugging. Update: after a long wait the help desk responded, saying I need to use the website instead. Update2: the app does not receive updates on revised planned departure times. I only get an email.

the app just doesn't function how it should. It doesn't load flights you bought to track the times and check in later. During the check in process the app will say it loses internet connection and you will need to press the next or save button several times.
