Omg I'm sold! I've never used bands before *ever* and it was so easy to get into position. My first 5 minutes full body literally sold me and I bought the premium version for less than a cup of fancy coffee. Kudos to to the developer, this is a fine app! I hardly ever purchase but I knew right away this was the one for me & wanted to support it, it's just THAT GOOD. Thank you for the excellent app for a good price. 👍

Its an app with a good number of resistance bands exercises all in one place with routines that help if you're not sure where to start. I would rate it higher but the example exercises don't give much information on how the exercise should be performed. My biggest issue with the app is that you cannot change the routines from timer based to set and reps. Without being able to change it to sets and reps the app isn't helpful for keeping track of my physical development.

I started using this app in 2020. I took a break from it in 2022 but I started again this year. It takes some time to learn the routine, but unless you toggle the randomizer it's always the same, which is actually fine if you want a habit to "get strength training out of the way". Having had the bands fly up and lacerate my face in the past, I do modify some of the moves for speed and safety or do crawl training instead - a good "push" complement to the band "pulls". Take bands seriously!
