Ratings and reviews

Customer support is not good. Asked for account to be taken down, replied with all the very specific info requested, to have all receipts for purchases made in-game (all, really) asked as well. Instead of creating a solution, lost a player and got a bad review. Now my account will be there piled up with the other lots of people who don't login anymore.

Love the realistic graphics of both the people and equipment. Very beautifully done. The scrolling at the top of the screen is annoying and covers up some minor game play. A tutorial of all the buttons would be nice, but I'm figuring it out. Also love the steampunky feel to some elements. I like this better than other "castle keep" games I've played so far because of the rich, gorgeous visuals and the thought put into the details of the characters and scenarios.

*Dead Game* Kingdoms are dead in approximately 2 weeks. I started playing this game in 2018 and the difference is horrible. This is a free to play but pay to win game with awful AI generated customer service that does not actually fix any of the in game issues. Delete this game! Also, most of the 4/5 star reviews seem fake.
