Ratings and reviews

Hate to say it, but every update makes this app run slower and slower. It takes up to 5 minutes to load and then when I click on the widget I need to open (payments, messages, calendar and so on) it takes even longer just to open. I've used this app for several years and it never improves. This last update, I can't even see how many times a visitor has been on the site now. That was actually good information to have and now it's gone. UPDATE: After maybe 3 updates on Wix app, it's worse! Slow!

App is great way to monitor/manage back office stuff from our website, particularly ticketing & events. Great that it can also provide reports & analytics. Sadly, this can be painfully slow! Not my device, as seems this is a very common issue faced by majority. Used for years & despite updates, never improved. Wix really need to look into the tech and coding behind the app, or the speed and quality. Analytics also v.slow on the web version, so maybe not directly the app to blame. Help fix Wix!

Easy to use, a couple of issues. Very difficult to get customer service to respond - took days, and different people respond to the same issue si you have to start over again each time. My issue was that the app allows the use of different currencies but it doesn't support it, so every customer was getting their purchase denied. I lost several sales as a result.
