If I cancel an appointment and try to reschedule it, I don't get that initial credit back. It's lost forever. Also, a subscription will only renew at the same time you initially ordered it. So my initial order was later in the evening, but now I've been unable to make new appointments on the 1st of a new month because I don't get new credits until later that night. There's no way to either adjust this, or cancel the subscription and reorder it.

Downloaded app onto my new phone and cannot log into my account. Prompts me to enter email & password and then complete a captcha. Once the captcha is complete nothing happens. Can't move forward and if you close out, it takes you back to the password screen. Disappointing because it worked great to schedule fitness classes on my old phone, but now cannot complete log-in.

After the latest update, the app no longer opens on my phone. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it's a no go. It's quite frustrating as this is one of the main ways I sign up for my archery classes.
