Overall a pretty good webstore app. Generally does everything it is supposed to do and is quite easy to navigate account, the store and orders. The store is quite easy to filter by many different options. I recommend the Newegg app, however there are a couple areas with room for improvement. The first is sometimes when scrolling up or down in the store page, the ad on the top of the page makes the jump around. Also why is there easy access to the Newegg shuffle from the app!?

While it's great I had little issues in the past; the site/app or via email fails to warn of custom fees, aka hidden fees after clicking free shipping. Not everyone is aware, or maybe assume the free shipping is "free". It's not hard to show a warning regarding custom duties or thereof. It's also extremely annoying when I search for I7 or I7 'model' and all I mostly get is desktops/mobos. Maybe I will have better luck with Amazon.

Has one major flaw. You will receive notifications on your phone for deals and sales, but if you actually click on them, it will open the Newegg app and then a message appears. "Coming Soon" "Hang Tight, this store will will be available very soon!". You will never actually see anything but this message everytime single time you receive a notification. Pointless..
