Overall, the app is good as long as you're smart about things. However, the fact that I cant update my profile photo, can't change my username (apparently unless im in "good standing" which is not something thats ever explained) is so incredibly frustrating, and there is nobody i can contact for support on this. I've been through all the different support channels and I'm not sure if this is my problem, or a problem in the app.

Please, please, pleaseeee fix the bug that makes it so if I I'm scrolling through the main page, and I click into someone's profile, when I exit back out I don't get brought back to the top again. It's tedious scrolling through to see what people have posted, only to want to view someone's profile, and then having to scroll through everything again to get back to my original spot. It used to not be an issue until a couple of months ago. It seriously makes me dislike using the app. As well, the design of it in general is not very good for a selling platform. You cannot organize your merchandise on your page without manipulation of when you post or edit stuff, searching to find something is painful, and there are very little filter options. I get that they wanted to go for a "social media" esque look, but this isn't a social media platform, and using the same UI is quite detrimental to both the buyer and seller.

Actual buying and selling experience is pretty straightforward, but the interface leaves much to be desired. If you're an Android user like myself, you don't get features available to ios users like putting your shop on hold for vacation, and you can't move sold items down unless you're on the desktop version. There's also a persistent bug with an "unread message" notif that won't go away, and even the process of reporting the issue is a huge pain through the app.
