I just want to open Abc mouse early learning, which I paid for back in Feb and the app the kid liked better. Only to be redirect to this app and it is very limited and I would have to pay the same amount again? So disappointing and waste of money. Customer service is disappointing and won't cancel your account, go to the bank and cancel it or you will be charged again.

1 week after signing up for the annual subscription cant access the early learning academy. Redirected to reimagined and need to pay again to play anything more than the handful of daily activities. Contacted customer support with no response would give negative score if I could.

Signed up for the early learning app and am redirected to this new version which my 4 year old can't even play. My son loved the Early learning app but now he can't even play that.
