Ratings and reviews

Doesn't work. Shows"pending" after I paid... Now I need to pay again! No customer service, no refunds (even 1 minute after the order), prices are in USD, and then the merchant adds taxes and fees. you can usually find the same deals if you just go to the desired website. But then you get better service that actually complies with the Canadian consumer act. I'm going to uninstall this as soon as possible!

I accidentally purchased a coupon. I added a coupon to my cart, when I hit the button below, in my reflex I just click it without reading it because I thought it will go through another page wherein I'll have to confirm the payment, but then I was shocked because the payment went through just like that. Then I ask for refund, but the refund was 8 dollars less. Such a rip groupon nice move. So be careful when hitting tht button there. Plus, the app is kinda confusing to navigate

Great deals... however, someone hacked my acct. Luckily I caught it quick and was able to reverse the purchase that was made. But I'm frustrated with the customer service link. There doesn't seem to be any way of making any contact with them.. unless i missed something. Also when reversing a purchase they ask you to choose a reason for refunding and they should have a choice of either typing a reason or have a choice that says something to the effect of.. being hacked or didn't make the purchase
