Reviewing the app, not the service, but I don't recommend either. INSANE NUMBER of NOTIFICATIONS!! UI is confusing at best and impossible in some cases to find what you want. If you sign up for notifications, be prepared for 8-12 notifications a day. You can't choose only important notifications, it's all or nothing. Points, coupons, bling feels more like a video game than a shopping app. Huge complaint, photos cannot be enlarged on the app.

The cost of shipping is outrageous compared to other online shopping companies. Just a heads-up, if you purchase a coupon to use when checking out, even though the coupon claims it can be used in all categories, it cant. Ordering has proven to be quite frustrating to say the least. Let's hope all the items I ordered turn out to be what they claim in the ad and descriptions. If ordering was frustrating, i dont even want to begin to think about the return process 🙄

Terrible customer service. Placed an order, all payments processed (~$170+ CAD), waited ~2 1/2 weeks, watched it sit in processing. Purposely paid for faster shipping (needed it sooner). Checked the app one day to see that my order disappeared. Wasn't under processing, wasn't under My Orders, nowhere to be found. Customer service tickets (yes, tickets) must be requested from the item's order page. Unless your order vanishes and there's nothing to click on. And no email alternative. Ridiculous.
