After I painstakingly added (twice) a product to the database, it's still cannot be found in results. It's been more than a week since. I'm a paid subscriber of your service and think that it's a great idea but very poorly executed.. the process of adding a new product and its ingredients to the database is completely disfunctional. I spent over an hour adding just two products. mostly correcting the shortcomings of app design. Can't save a new product, no explanation. all info added.

It's over the top ridiculous that I've to install this app on my computer & can't use the website to check the ingredients of products as before. It took work to take this out of the website. Now, I can't even search for products via name, I've to use a barcode/search randomly in the available categories. Edit: And still you are not answering to what I'm writing: You could have just let the code in to let ppl see it via web browser. That would not have taken any extra effort.

5 Scans per week just because you don't want to pay money is outrageous. I used this app for years since I'm highly allergic to gluten but now it won't even show anymore if a product is gluten free or not! I tried over and over to add it to the list of things I'm allergic to and it just won't work. Really sad because there is still some products like make-up where you can't see the ingredients on first glance. So sad
