Almost unusable. Utterly confusing, very hard to work out how scenarios actually work with and without timers. You basically have no idea when the app will choose by itself to abandon the setting you most recently applied, and go back to timer, or just leave your heating on full even if you are away for weeks. Positively wastes huge amounts of energy and your money. No help pages anywhere. Most random and uncontrollable app I ever used. Needs to be totally redone. Only 1 time program possible

The app is unnecessarily complex, especially when considering the limited number of controls. The system is only partially compatible with Hue, Ledvance, and other smart devices. This system disappointing, I regret buying the product. Even better, this morning I could not access the device because the latest app update created a mismatch with the hub firmware. The hub is auto update, slow clap for Bosch issuing incompatible software at different times.

1) Google home implementation is terrible - 90% of the time thermostats show as not available. The most ridiculous thing is that you pay a fortune for room thermostats and yet the actual temperature does NOT appear in Google home! 2) The app is really outdated and counterintuitive! There is not even a refresh button! It can show you old temperature values without indicating if the values are up to date!
