Ratings and reviews

The app tells me that my printer is not connected to the network when it literally is. I can't find past print jobs or the ones I save. Prints with borders and cuts off the things I want to print even though the pictures are in the right size. The printer itself is very confusing too. Printer is also overall not good. Ink is way too expensive for this bad quality it's very confusing especially with the app just the worst, can not recommend

Every time I need to do anything, e.g. print test page: open app, spinning circles for 30 seconds, then stuck on a blank page. Close-reopen app, 30s of circles, now works, the printer is there, try to access quality tools, tap, needs to log in, enter user/password, circles another 30s, stuck on blank page. Close app, open again, 30s, printer is there, shows I'm logged in, but it was too recent and quality tools is grayed out. Close-reopen... 2 stars because eventually it prints, sometimes

The App has a lot of completely useless features aside from the main features which are *printing*, *scanning*, *copying* and maybe *faxing*. Still they CHOSE to take the one functions I'm using on a regular basis, which is resizing of documents and photos, in order to streamline their app. IT IS 2026 AND I CANNOT RESIZE DOCUMENTS BEFORE PRINTING. I just want to print multiple pages on a sheet of paper. If it's not in the main interface, just make it available in advanced settings. PLEASE
