The headphones disconnect at random, the app has to sit open for almost 3 minutes before it recognizes that my earbuds are already attached even though there's sound coming out of them. The settings for ambient sound etc stop working as soon as I turn off the phone screen or close the app. I had to unpair them from every other device I own to keep them from randomly swapping over. They may be the best quality earbuds I've ever owned and I'm going to have to trade them in because of the software

The sound quality is good, calls are clear but after a year the ear buds die quickly. When I bought them the charge would last all day now the ear buds need to be charged multiple times a day and they don't reach 100% at the same time. They have no damage and the sound quality is still good but the price is too high for something that will not last.

Over sold in under performed. lost my pod of headphones, the app says it has a find feature. turn it on and you can't find them unless they're connected, which they're not because they only connect when opened. Just don't advertise the function. Literally we're perfectly fine buds but the misadvertizement and oversold over connected garbage has made it so if I don't casually find them by tomorrow I'm getting another brand. If the app and ads didn't say they had this I'd be cool about it.
