DISMAL. I'm sorry to say this. I've used Plantronics for more than 15 years. The PLT Hub was exceptional. When I would misplace it in the house, the tone was loud enough to find the device easily. Now with the Poly Lens it's hard to hear if its next to you!! Further the PLT Hub map was quite precise and the Poly Lens map is just not up to the task. Finally it's slow to load for the assistance it delivers

Hi Chip, Due to the feedback from our users, and for safety concerns, the existing volume on the headset remains as it is when tone is sent to the device. For example, imagine a kid playing nearby and accidentally putting the headset on, and the loud tone is sent through Find My Device feature, which could result in permanent damage to hearing.

This doesn't support my Voyager Legend. Can't undo updates. Uninstalling this app as it is no longer useful to me. Too bad they don't make it compatible for older devices. I'll be looking for another brand for replacement. Update: Thank you for adding support for Legend devices. I still have it along with its battery case, as I haven't found a suitable replacement, but I am trying out other headset that can be used across both android and iPhone.

Hi George Lee, We valued your feedback and added support for Voyager Legend. Please note that the Android release 4.1.0, released on Apr 3rd, includes support for the Voyager Legend. Will you please check? Thanks for your patience.

Tile app integration has found my headset numerous times in situations where it would have otherwise been completely lost. UPDATE: I no longer see "Tile" integration mentioned in the new Poly Lens app. Feature is THE most important feature to me since it finds my phone WAY more reliably than the Poly "find my phone" feature. New app is also missing the battery level in the notification panel, which PLT Hub previously had. UPDATE: Issues above STILL not addressed. Previous version was better.

Hi Larry, Thanks for your feedback, and we will improve the Find My Device experience. Meanwhile, if you would like to use the old app (v3.19), you can potentially download it from websites that are not managed by Poly and HP.
