In general it's a good messenger. Everything works just as expected. But I have two issues: 1) I don't like that while chatting the other person already sees your message while you're still typing. One doesn't want to try to find the right words with others watching you meanwhile. 2) The biggest issue: Why is there no option to go offline or appear invisible?? Especially since you're already online when you have your WiFi on without even using the app.

Hello Support Team, I am facing a persistent issue with imo video calls. While audio calls work perfectly, I cannot hear any sound from the other side during video calls. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, and checking all permissions, but the problem remains. Please look into this issue."

There's a problem with memory control. Imagine a device with a 256 GB MicroSD inserted. With about 20GB free of main memory and plenty of free space on MicroSD. But IMO thinks there's no free space. Hint - "File Manager +" also thinks there's "-96" out of 64 GB of memory. Please, solve this issue. It makes one unable to use IMO on a functional device with plenty of free memory.
