CONTEXT AWARE

This app uses the Accessibility API to provide features that interact with the UI, intercept key presses, take screenshots, read “toast” messages, determine foreground app and capture fingerprint gestures.

This app uses the Device Administrator permission to provide features that check for failed login attempts and engage screen lock.

Ratings and reviews

This app is great! I've been using it for several years, helps android to do things it couldn't otherwise do. I've made special notifications for when I'm using too much mobile data at once, dynamic screen orientation based on the current app, and if I had more free time I'd be dong a lot more stuff with it. WARNING: Some programming experience goes a long way, without knowing the basics of programming you will most likely be lost.

very powerful and intuitive way to get your phone to do exactly what you want, whether that is a small tweak to some interaction or a complex program automating your entire routine. the app is obviously designed to fulfill its stated purpose and includes no added bloat or non-features like ads, which in my opinion makes supporting it by buying premium for unrestricted use worth it almost on its own.

I bought Tasker to automate disabling/enabling the Airplane mode. But despite a shitload of settings, added apps and ADB settings, Tasker would not do this as it turns out it needs a rooted device. So I turned to Automate. Out of the box, it did the requested task. If you need extra apps for a task, it will ask and install them. Even in the free version. Well done.
