Sorry, but the game is now just an exercise in frustration and the long-awaited 'fixes' are a pathetic waste of time. Need to watch an ad to pick up 3 points of energy? Don't bother, the game will crash and this has happened 11 out of the last 15 times I've tried. The developers have got lazy too, we're still expected to sit and answer 'hangout questions' that haven't changed since the game first came out and most of the 'action' is just repetitive rubbish now. Very disappointed.

Jan 7th 26- game keeps crashing on my phone. I have not been able to play since Xmas eve. I have a good cell signal, strong wifi & plenty of space on my phone for app to run. when opening screen stays black or it immediately goes to jam city help webpage. why is this & how can I continue to play the game? No other app is having trouble like this game is having. 4-28-25 i wish there was an option to purchase more food to feed animals in the reserve if you haven't unlocked the reserve garden yet.

Visually, it looks really good, but the energy system is awful. Quests uses a lot of energy, but the maximum amount is only 25 and takes about an hour to fully charge. Worst part? The quests are TIMED. If you don't complete it in time, the progress RESTARTS FROM ZERO. So if you miss even an hour from spending your energy, don't even bother trying to complete the quest. And even if you manage to complete it, get ready to face MORE HOURS OF WAITING to just start the next quest.
