Ratings and reviews

I have used Wire for 3 years. Every time, I think - this issue will be fixed in the next update, etc. But it just seems to get worse and worse. I got several people to join. Now I'm going to convince them to delete and switch to Signal. 1. Pictures still getting rotated. 2. 'enter to send' broken after last update. 3. Crashes regularly. 4. Switching conversations is so slow. 5. Pictures only show camera pictures - why not all images? Makes me so extra work. 6. So many sync issues. And so on

Was somewhat of a rough start, since regularly messages would get lost; hasn't been the case for a while now. But i've been using wire less and less lately. Now that i'm switching to a new phone, i wanted to try out the conversation backup. But it seems not to work correctly; it's only the backup "loading-spinner" going wild for several minutes until i had enough; only swipe-to-kill gives me access to the app again. There is no feedbavk what is taking so long or if there's a problem.

It may be secure but it also doesn't work properly. I wouldn't use this app if I didn't absolutely have to. Some messages simply don't show up or go missing. And the app CONSTANTLY crashes. Open it? It crashes. Looking at the last message? It crashes (you know, in case it hasn't already). Trying to search for a specific message that isn't on screen anymore? Forget it! It crashes! I've fixed every possible problem my phone could have in order to get this app to work properly. Must be the app.
