Ratings and reviews

Charging works fine, so that part of great. When trying to report issues, the app gives me "authentication required", which isn't particularly helpful. More importantly, for stations around where we live (Berlin 10781) the status of charging points is not particularly accurate (and with the above bug there is no good way to report it).

Very nice interface and search function, clear pricing info (if not the cheapest). But hampered by patchy coverage of charging stations. Also, it would be nice to show the distances of the charging stations to the destination searched instead of the current location.

Cannot exclude some (expensive) networks for road planning, or limit price per kWh. So their road plans cost about 20% more than what I can find myself. Problem is that they earn a % of the cost if you use their card to pay, so they have an incentive for you to go to expensive recharging stations. You can use their card, and check station availability via the app, but don't plan your trip with their app.
