Extremely useless / extremely frustrating, everytime I buy something they come up with excuse not to give the points. Have been using it for a long time though, never really was able to use the points as they either expire or are not given. You would need to send like 2+ emails just to get info that it wasn't possible to allocate the points because... every time a new reason. Oh actually cannot use email, you have to open the website form, fill it all over again with a lot of info.

Too complex. You need to go through tons of irrelevant offers. I need to see the card, to know if points are going to expire, and full stop. Not lotteries, special prizes, data sold, special points. I want to enter a shop, filter, and see only what's relevant for the shop. Nothing else. Like it is now, there is always a FOMO feeling that I missed something. It doesn't simplify my life!

This is a good application but I hate one thing that payback mobile card is not QR CODE this a serial number and some people can't pay for Shattered Screen and they can't even use This app with serial number logo we can't even put that serial number and logo in to the Smart watche. please fix that and put QR CODE at mobile card Section in next UPDATE thanks alot . 🙋🏻‍♂️
