When I click on the address, it goes to Google maps but the address it enters there is a bit wrong, it changes the house number, if the app says to go to house nº 6, in Google maps it will enter house nº 20 or something and its frustrating because I have to manually enter the address every time which wastes time. Apart from that the app sometimes hangs up, like when I get a notification to pick up another order on the way, it hangs up. Apart from that, the app is pretty good.

The one of worst thing in glovo, you can't reach to customer service except you have order, otherwise no one, they won't respond to you, It's probable that you receive an order, but when you arrive at the pickup location, the application reassigns a new order, and you don't receive any money. That's a waste of time and money. If you cancel an order in Glovo, it's like committing a crime. This happened to me after I accepted an order

This is literally the worst application for deliveries. The only pluses, that it's popular and has many orders, but other than that, it's literally impossible to use. -Orders disappear. -No way of contacting support, only Bot, which does not read your massages and only sends screepted SMS back. -Pay-check issues all the time. Highly encourage to use ANY other application, use Glovo only as a last resort, and at your own risk to mental health
