leaving feedback here because there is no place in the app to leave feedback or raise an issue! I'm shocked by this. There must have been some algorithm change recently because for the last week, the app is very frequently showing 90% of restaurants or supermarkets as "temporarily unavailable for orders". Please take a look at this asap, as it's making our Prime subscription pointless, if we can never order when we want, at times that we know for sure the stores are open.

My review is not just of the app, but the whole Glovo service. It's a disaster! Restaurants and services appear and disappear without any logic. You could be making your choices in a restaurant you selected only to learn that you can't really order anything, and if you leave the restaurant and try to return you will see it disappeared. If you write to support, you will receive a generic message that "restaurants choose their delivery area", as if that was in any way related to the question.

Worst out of all in Georgia. I waited for an hour for a small order from spar, the order was never sent and the ETA was just changing +10min every 10 minutes with it still saying "on time". To cancel it I had to pay 3GEL!! So they made me waste one hour of my life waiting for nothing then they made me pay for it. Just the worst, not going to advertise other apps but I have never seen anything like that there.
