For the past few years, this is the third time trying to use the app. And now I'm done, never again. It is not improving. The app doesn't count the steps if the phone has not been with me during the walk, although I wear a Polar watch synced to GoogleFit. It just zeros my progress of the day stating unreasonable time and the step amount. It happened a few years ago with Garmin watch as well. It's extremely frustrating...

I love the idea! BUT after my phone updated the app is not counting any steps. I tried allowing all the things but nothing. Always a 0. Also, when it did work, it was a little silly to go and convert steps every day. I know you want a way to get people to check the app daily but it just seems so unnecessary to do it that way.

Could you please check if Google Fit also shows no steps? FitSphere takes its step information from there and in some rare cases it has happened that Google Fit doesn't count steps but will do so after it has been reset from settings. If you're still encountering problems please contact info@thefitsphere.com.

I only started to use the app because my work place created a team challenge. So far I hate the app. God knows how often it synchs with Google fit but not often enough and once you converted the points you can't convert the second batch. I thinks I'll drop out of the work challenge, experience with the app is ruining the fun
