The app is almost useless, in the sense that you are forced to use whatever apps nebula wants. On top of it, they have pretty much abandoned light glasses, all they develop now is for the air. I would almost consider it a scam. Release an amazing product, limit it in every way you can imagine and then abandon it for another product. I have an amazingly expensive paper weight now

The app isn't necessary. It took me a bit to figure out that I had to click the "media output" on my S23 to switch the audio output to my earbuds. If you have an active (but not useful) data connection the app simply won't work and keeps telling you to login. I had this issue on a flight and discovered that if you put the phone in airplane mode it works fine! I just tried it on my pixel 9 pro and Nebula fights with Google's screen mirroring, so it looks like I don't need this.

Can't get the app to work. Each time I try and plug in the glasses it pops up with. Text saying "update failed please unplug and reconnect the glasses". I have done this multiple times, I have reinstalled and cleared the cache of the app. It worked on set up but the never again after that. But now doesn't even do the setup I have also tried reinstalling the update for the glasses. It didn't work
