All good! I have been sending money giros to my family abroad through this Company for many years now! I cannot recommend it enough! It is truly reliable, puntual and the fees are very low. Completely a failure. I opened an account with them on 18.10.22 as per the lawyer's recommendation. They said the card will arrive within 12-15 business days and so I did wait, passed the deadline it didn't arrive, they said they will resend, wait for 12-15 days again, passed the deadline again, the card didn't arrive. So now 3rd time, they said they will resend the card. My bills and online orders are being delivered at home without any problem. Very disappointed with their system.

Am trying to send money with this app, and the problem is that I can only pay with a Visa or Mastercard... there is no option for an online bank transfer and it's really sad ...on like other app, I can transfer directly from my account to theirs without using a Visa or Mastercard... please try and work on it thanks..
