Ratings and reviews

Super buggy!! Mega frustrating how often devices get out of sync and I have to continuously re-download. They show up in the list of devices as being 'protected' but the activity from them is not getting detected at all. Reinstalling the app (what they recommend doing to fix issues) works for about 1 day before it starts happening again. I had bought the premium for a year. It has some cool features but they are pointless if it is just not reliable overall. Definitely not renewing.

Easy enough to pay. But it defaults to REPEAT BILLING. But to adjust your settings to disable repeat billing, you need to set up a separate account. This in itself is utterly bizarre. Once you have done this, it's extremely cryptic finding the place to adjust your repeat billing settings. It doesn't exist. Just a big red scary 'cancel your membership button. My expectation of pressing CANCEL MEMBERSHIP would be the potentially immediate cancellation of my membership. Misleading. Bad faith. 👎

I was so excited to purchase the year-long subscription. The free version worked great as a trial. Ever since I purchased it though I've been having nothing but problems. I have looked up all the helpful websites, questions and answers. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled it on my daughter's phone and my phone. I have tried multiple times to do updates. And all this time it will not allow me to view my child's text messages and phone calls. Highly disappointed and bummed I paid for it.
